Again With the Blog Hiatus

I know, I’m not posting as much as I should, so I’m going to post now! YAY!

Don’t expect another post for another several months. (well maybe)

So in regard to my junior year of my high school education. I’m commiting educational suicide! YAY!

I decided it was a great idea to take English III Honors to make my transcript look good for college. Then I heard what the class will be doing. Here we go…

1. A summer reading assignment (wonderful start to an awful year)
2. 6 in-class reads on American literature, also tied in with US History Honors (called American Threads)
3. Independent Reading books each quarter
4. Over 10 in-class essays.
5. Intense grammar stuff
6. Suicide at the end of the course

So yeah… Looks like a bucket full of fun! Now, the classes that I put on my selection sheet are…

1. English 3 Honors
2. US History Honors (threaded with #1)
3. Algebra 2/Trigonometry
4. Chemistry 1
5. Video Production
6. Robotics (probably the only fun class.)

Let’s get off the subject of school and bring it over to anime! I bought another figure, Konata Figma

Holy Shit a Post!

I haven’t posted in forever, and this, if you actually read this blog, wont tide you over at all. I’m just reconfirming that I’m alive and too lazy to post here. School has been intense and I’m choosing my classes today. Taking Algebra 2/Trig, English Honors, US History Honors, Chemistry, and 2 electives which I haven’t picked yet.

Oh, and I bought a SABER FIGURE!!!

Absolute Boredom Achieved

I’m god damned bored. I’m going to watch 5 Centimeters Per Second now. No idea what it’s about, but I’m going to. Still got my speech to do and Dune to read, but those can wait.

Oh, and C&C3. I’m playing it, I’m bored, I beat it, meh. And I got my drivers license. Meh again.

NOTHING SEEMS TO BRING ME JOY ANYMORE. Maybe I should buy a nice big Saber poster. If any of you have an idea where to get one, link me.

Company of Heroes and A Speech

… Damnit…

Guess what folks? I have to do a persuasive speech for my English class… Damnit… That crap is hard, because I don’t act well when under that type of pressure. My topic is if the United States should help mediate the conflicts in Gaza. (I’m not stating my opinion on that here, I don’t want to be virtually shot.) It’s in three weeks. Perfect amount of time to write my last will.

Next on the list of stuff is Company of Heroes. That game is hard. I’m used to the C&C3 and some SupCom style of gameplay, but CoH is COMPLETELY different. I get confused really fast and usually I don’t have enough defenses, units lying around doing nothing with enemies right next to them, and a tank in my home base blowing everything up… Meh.

Not Much Left

I’m running out of stuff to do, and I’m running out fast. It seems that shooters don’t really appeal much to me anymore, and that I can’t get myself to sit down long enough to really engage myself into any game. So instead… I’ve been turning to the other Type-Moon stuff. I’ve been watching Kara no Kyoukai,  and it’s amazing. The sheer detail in the environments are just astounding. It seems almost too real, and I definitely see the resemblance in the character’s eyes to other Type-Moon products. Other than that, I don’t have much to do. School finals ended two days ago, and the results are as expected, but I don’t really feel much joy from the activities that I used to love anymore. Maybe this is a sign of depression… D:

Took me so long to reach this...

Epic Victory. The ending of Heavens Feel was, while not being the best, great in it’s own way. The beginning and middle of the story was mainly to build tension, and was kind of boring. When the ending came around though, the action picked up dramatically! I didn’t believe (spoiler) that Rin could preform such amazing magic! And Shirou using Caster’s weapon to terminate Sakura’s link to Angra Manyu was pretty clever. Finally, the last Tiger Dojo, that you can read after finishing all the endings and getting all the stamps, is pretty cool. They review the plot of all the routes. So yes, this is the epicness.
